Shawn and Warren met in 2004 while Shawn was campaigning her horse Jack at the intermediate level and introducing her new horse Indy to eventing.  Fast forward several years and they attended college together at Transylvania University in Lexington, KY while Shawn continued competing in eventing and dressage. After college, Warren graduated from pharmacy school at UK and began a career in veterinary compounding while they moved to their first farm in Paris, KY.  In addition to running their farm, Shawn and Warren welcomed twin girls Piper and Mila  in 2018.  Shawn, Warren, Piper, and Mila moved to Simpsonville in May 2020 and shortly after welcomed another daughter, Lucy. Their original horses have followed with them through each move  and are now enjoying retired life on the farm.
